2 When does Le Marché take place?

Le Marché is a celebration of new seasons. In Egypt, the exhibition is held twice a year; once at the beginning summer and another at the beginning of winter. Le Marché always falls on a weekend, from Thursday to Sunday, and exact dates are released a few months before each round. Soon, announcements will be made on Le Marché expansions outside of Egypt.

7 What is our Returns & Refund Policy?

You will receive your Digital Catalogue before Le Marche’s Exhibition by 3 days. You can cancel your purchase any time before you receive your Digital Catalogue. Once you receive your Digital Catalogue, we can’t accept any cancellations.

If you would like to cancel your Digital Catalogue purchase: please send an email at refund@lemarcheexpo.com. If the Digital Catalogue is returned you will receive the refund within 7 working days.

8 How can I attend Le Marché?

Le Marché is an exclusive event with controlled access. You can attend the exhibition and benefit from all it offers either by receiving a private invitation from an exhibitor or by purchasing our iconic Le Marché catalogue. A digital copy of the catalogue can be purchased on our website, giving access to one person.

9 What are Le Marché’s operating hours?

On opening day, Le Marché begins at 2pm and stays open until 10pm. For the remaining days, Le Marché opens its doors at 11am and closes at 10pm.

 

It is always recommended to check each round’s timing as they may vary.

10 Is there parking available at Le Marché?

Yes, parking facilities at Le Marché have a capacity of more than 5,000 cars, so you don’t need to worry about finding a spot for your car. There is a spacious parking area inside the venue, and many more parking areas around it.

 

To make your experience even more convenient, Le Marché provides club car and shuttle bus transportation from and to parking areas throughout the day.

11 How much time do I need to cover the entire exhibition?

We’d love to have you all day, every day of the exhibition, but we of course know that your time is valuable. If you know what you are looking for, our well-studied and organised floorplans and user experience will help you find it easily and quickly. An hour or two should suffice in this case. However, if you can afford to invest more time and wish to look around to compare products, offers and prices, we advise you to allocate at least 3 to 4 hours for your visit. You are of course welcome to visit us more than once throughout the exhibition’s duration. 

12 Can I bring my children to Le Marché? And do they need individual access?

Yes, you can! We advise to bring children no younger than 12 years old, just to make your shopping experience easier and more convenient. Children above the age of 12 need individual access. 

13 Are there food outlets available at Le Marché?

Yes, there is a large food court with a variety of eateries available at Le Marché. You can take a break and grab a bite or a refreshment to fuel up for the rest of your visit. 

14 Are cameras allowed?

No, photographs are not allowed at Le Marché. Our exhibitors showcase exclusive collections at the exhibition, and we respect their request to maintain the exclusivity of their designs and products.

17 How do I know who’s exhibiting at Le Marché?

To make you experience at Le Marché convenient, simple and enjoyable, we create and publish a full list of exhibitors online and all throughout the premises. You will find this list on our website, on all our social media pages and in every hall at the venue at least one day before the exhibition starts.

18 Can I buy what I like directly from Le Marché?

Yes, you can if you are looking for small accessories or things you can carry yourself. However, larger items like furniture pieces are booked and paid for at the venue, then delivered later to the location of your choice.
